From award-winning filmmaker Alexander Freeman The Last Taboo and The Wounds We Cannot See comes Indomitable.  The film serves as a catalyst to transform the label of disability from a word suggesting an impairment into a word meaning impossible to defeat.

Indomitable is a 90-minute documentary with a powerful message about changing the perception of disability. Viewers of the 2020 Sundance Film Festival Audience Award winning documentary Crip Camp will recognize the same passion and normalizing spirit. Indomitable features CJ Jones (from the movie Baby Driver), Ola Ojewumi (public speaker, activist and journalist.) Ola's writings have been published by The White House, CNN, Huffington Post, Clinton Global Initiative, MTV, Glamour magazine, Intel, Essence Magazine.), Jay Ruderman (American lawyer, disabled rights activist and philanthropist. Jay is the President of the Ruderman Family Foundation.) The film is narrated by Oscar winner Chris Cooper (Lone StarAmerican Beauty, October SkyThe PatriotAdaptationThe Bourne IdentitySeabiscuit, JarheadCapote, BreachThe TownLittle Women, A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood)

Indomitable follows Alexander Freeman, a filmmaker who has cerebral palsy. As we follow his journey in making this documentary film, we become deeply familiar with the challenges and victories of the process. The film gives voice to others with disabilities as Alexander develops his own. Along the way, Alexander finds love, becomes a father, is married and even embarks on home ownership in a custom modified accessible house. All the while, he faces the challenge of obtaining secure and steady employment in his profession.
